The innovative store began in 1985 by furniture designer Jonathan Macmillan. Jonathan has combined his design skills, knowledge and passion to provide the best level of assistance and guidance for customers wanting a personal approach as well as the very best value.

We have evolved into one of the premier furniture stores in the country supplying clients near and far.

InSiTu has built up a close working relationship with many high quality designs based suppliers, both large and small. We are therefore able to offer a unique and unusual range of furniture and accessories which are not always readily available on the high street, or for that matter on the internet.

 Ligne Roset is a good example with their signature style of beautifully designed upholstery that has engaged people’s imaginations for generations.

Our dedicated Ligne Roset showroom includes the fantastic Togo sofa, a best-seller, which has now been revamped and updated and acknowledged as a modern classic. Further additions include the Moel range of seating with its unique cocoon structure that is enveloped in a contrasting fabric/leather ‘corolla’. Also shown are the beautiful Neo Chair and the latest Pumpkin design, shown in rich inviting wool covers.

We are also the county’s only supplier of the famous Stressless range of reclining furniture from Norway.  Our experience offers an unrivalled level of expertise in all aspects of its aesthetic and functional use.
